MONTREAL, Feb. 26, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - There are only 72 hours left to register for the 5/30 Health and Wellness Challenge and the Quit to Win! Challenge, two campaigns promoting healthy lifestyle habits initiated by ACTI-MENU.
Quebecers are invited to register for free immediately, by visiting HealthChallenge.ca or quitchallenge.ca. The Health Challenge and the Quit to Win! Challenge will take place between March 1 and April 11. By taking up one or other of the challenges, participants have a chance of winning one of the prizes offered, while taking advantage of support to improve their lifestyle habits.

The Quit to Win! Challenge The Quit to Win! Challenge invites smokers to quit smoking for at least six weeks, from March 1 to April 11. Participants have access to numerous free support tools, including exclusive access to the Participant's file, the I'm Butting Out! encouragement e-mails and the Jean Coutu to the Rescue Support Kit. On average, 2 out of 3 participants successfully meet the challenge of not smoking for the 6 weeks of the campaign! For more information: quitchallenge.ca |
