MONTREAL, Jan. 30, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - Phéromone, a web strategies and solutions provider for the past 18 years, announced today that it has appointed Yves Lapierre as agency President and CEO.
With a degree in international trade law from the universities of Ottawa and Paris 2, Mr. Lapierre served most recently as Phéromone's Vice President of Finance and Executive Producer. He replaces Philippe Le Roux, with whom he co-founded the company in 1994.
Mr. Le Roux will be leaving the company to work as an independent consultant. "Phéromone would like to thank Mr. Le Roux for his enormous strategic contribution, particularly in recent years," said Mr. Lapierre.
"Going forward, our executive team will remain intact and continue to deliver web solutions with quantifiable results for our public and private sector clients," said Mr. Lapierre, who is now sole shareholder of the 40-person company. The company's primary managers are David Rollert, Vice President, Strategy and Design; Diane Labelle, Vice President, Operations and Human Resources; and Mark Jodoin, Vice President, Strategic Development. Mr. Lapierre adds that Phéromone will also be investing in product development initiatives while remaining committed to its tradition of customer service.
