MONTRÉAL, Jan. 31, 2017 /CNW Telbec/ - Power Corporation of Canada (TSX: POW) announced today that it has completed its offering of $250 million aggregate principal amount of 4.81% debentures due January 31, 2047 (the "Debentures").
The Debentures were offered through a syndicate of agents co-led by BMO Capital Markets, Scotiabank and RBC Capital Markets.
