/R E P E A T -- Media Advisory - Minister of Transport tours the Marine Atlantic's new terminal site in North Sydney/

NORTH SYDNEY, NS, Dec. 27, 2014 /CNW/ - The Honourable Lisa Raitt, Minister of Transport, and Cecil Clarke, Mayor of Cape Breton Regional Municipality, will join Marine Atlantic's President and CEO Paul Griffin for a tour of the new terminal building currently under construction in North Sydney.

 A photo opportunity will follow the tour.

Media representatives are asked to pre-register with security at the Corporation's Administration and Warehouse Facility, 65 Memorial Drive, North Sydney, by 10:30 a.m.

Shuttle buses will transport all participants to the site of the new terminal building. 

Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) including hard hats, safety vests, safety glasses and steel toed boots are required to visit the site. Marine Atlantic will make PPE available to those without access to these items; however, steel-toed boots are the responsibility of the individual media representatives.
