The kitchen at L'Atelier will be directed by personable Chef Éric Gonzalez, a rising star in Montréal's gastronomy circles. Heading a home-grown team of culinary artists, Mr. Gonzalez uses his expertise to highlight fresh local products. He's already hard at work selecting the products from Québec producers to be featured.
