MONTRÉAL, March 28, 2018 /CNW Telbec/ - Artificial intelligence working for newborns or supporting people suffering from anxiety, virtual reality to treat stuttering, inspiring journeys in nursing care, healing art, innovative ecosystems of local and international teams. These are just a few of the ideas that will be featured at Semaine de la qualité et de l'innovation at the Centre hospitalier universitaire (CHU) Sainte-Justine from April 5 to 12.
Established to unveil innovations that are forging the future of healthcare, the first edition of the event will present 200 activities over six days, with input from over 130 change-makers. This ambitious program will fill the vast atrium in the CHU Sainte-Justine's new building and all the surrounding spaces.

The event is structured around six major themes: Technological innovation (April 5), Collaborative innovation (April 6), Importance of the role nurses play in society (April 9), Personalized health (April 10), Innovation without barriers (April 11) and Patients and families at the heart of innovation (April 12).
