MISSISSAUGA, ON, Sept. 1, 2017 /CNW/ - Subaru Canada, Inc. (SCI) is thrilled to announce its best ever August sales, with results up 9.7 percent and 4,950 units retailed. With sales of 35,837 year to date Subaru is poised to surpass 2016's annual sales record of 50,190 units.
Coast to coast all regions posted their best ever August sales with notable increases year over year. The West was up 3.5 percent and Quebec bolstered sales by 9.4 percent. Ontario's sales saw an impressive 12.3 percent increase, while sales in the Atlantic jumped an astounding 20.7 percent.

"We are thrilled with our customers' response to the all-new Crosstrek and the next generation of Subaru vehicles," said Yasushi Enami, chairman, president and CEO of Subaru Canada, Inc. "These excellent sales numbers are a reflection of Subaru Canada's commitment to offering quality products, partnered with excellent customer service."
