Dubuc Motors is Crowdfunding its Electric Cars following SEC qualification
MENLO PARK, CA, March 2, 2017 /CNW Telbec/ - Dubuc Motors Inc. (Dubuc Motors), the company behind the Tomahawk – the world's first 2+2 electric sports car, announces the live offering phase of its equity crowdfunding campaign after the qualification of its filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The company has received over $6MM of indicated interest and is now the first to jointly conduct a Regulation S offering with a Regulation A under Title IV of the JOBS Act, Regulation A+.
Dubuc Motors can now sell equity shares to accredited and unaccredited investors through its website (www.dubucmotors.com), allowing for people to invest as little as $200 in the United States as well as internationally.

The Tomahawk is now available for reservation with a $5,000 deposit on the company's website, first deliveries are expected in 2018.
