The ENHARMONIE network underlines the International Day of Older Persons by publishing its commitment towards tenants Français
MONTREAL, Sept. 25, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - The ENHARMONIE network of seniors' residences with services is proud to present its commitment towards its tenants. "For the first time, we express, in one single document, the guidelines which we have applied from the start", explains Debbie Di Chiaro, Director of the network. "The four elements summarize our desire to offer a high quality living environment to seniors with low or modest incomes."
The commitment reads as follows:
"Les Résidences ENHARMONIE are a project of the Office municipal d'habitation de Montréal (OMHM), a non-profit organization that manages Quebec's largest housing stock with efficiency, transparency and creativity. As a tenant in one of our ENHARMONIE residences, you will benefit from our know-how, as well as our commitment to you and your well-being:
- We are committed to providing you with top-quality services in modern, healthy and safe facilities, as well as a stimulating environment that allows you to develop your interests, while addressing your needs.
- We are committed to assisting you in your dealings with the health and social services network to ensure you obtain the necessary support for your well-being. Our goal is to help you remain independent and enjoy your apartment as long as possible.
- We know that your financial health is important for your peace of mind. That's why we are committed to keeping rents as low as possible without trying to make a profit, while keeping buildings and facilities in excellent condition.
- We are committed to maintaining maximum billing transparency. Most of our services are included in the basic rent and additional expenses, if any, are clearly indicated. That way, you avoid unpleasant surprises and maintain control of your finances—and your independence!"
It is also important to underline that the ENHARMONIE network, thanks to its partnership with the Institut de tourisme et d'hôtellerie du Québec (ITHQ) concluded in September 2010, has published a series of tasty recipes specifically designed to address the nutritional needs of seniors. « Our residences have integrated these recipes in their menus over a year ago", adds Debbie Di Chiaro. "We have also published them on our website www.residencesenharmonie.qc.ca in a version for four people so that all seniors can draw inspiration from them."
