TORONTO, Oct. 2, 2018 /CNW/ - Toyota Canada Inc. (TCI) reported overall sales of 20,187 vehicles during the month of September, down 8.3% compared to September 2017.
The Toyota division sold a total of 18,038 units, down 8%, while the Lexus luxury division reported sales of 2,149 units, down 11.2% compared to last year.
September Highlights:
- Toyota Prius sales of 429 units, up 25.1%
- Includes Prius Prime sales of 265 units
- Toyota 4Runner sales of 704 units, up 2.9% (new September record)
- Toyota Tacoma sales of 1,246 units, up 14%
- Toyota Tundra sales of 977 units, up 8.2% (new September record)
